Palings Flowers is seeking an experienced and creative Florist to join our small, talented team.

We create bespoke floral arrangements for a portfolio of Merivale venues, bars, restaurants, and events, as well as a curated in-store retail experience in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

  • When you're not out styling venues, you'll be in-store serving customers, creating bouquets and vase arrangements and delivering warm, attentive service that goes above and beyond
  • Days start early with flower market runs, followed by prep and arranging in our CBD workspace
