Hostplus is offering a 12-month fixed-term Resolutions Officer role to resolving complex member matters with care. You will coordinate AFCA complaints, work with internal teams, and prepare detailed responses supporting regulatory requirements.
You will bring experience in financial services and a member-centric approach, with strong written communication and the ability to balance competing priorities under deadlines. A tertiary RG146 qualification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
