You would be responsible for managing the front of house team as well as the day to day running of restaurant(s) located across various locations including Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley.

- Commercially minded to understand how to operate profitably
- Hands on leader; hire, train, and manage a front of house team
- Understand how to create an unforgettable high end dining experience
- Good wine knowledge
- Sell and execute functions and events
