As Bar and Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day bar operations, ensuring quality drinks, efficient service and a great team culture. This role is a hybrid role with time spent both behind the bar and on the floor managing the team and looking after guests.

About you
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong cocktail knowledge with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to create a supportive, high-performing team.
- Organisational abilities to manage stock, staffing, and service flow.
