Hospital Products Australia (HPA) is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Implementation & AI Lead to drive our in-house systems transformation.
You will own the implementation from planning through go-live and into ongoing management, guiding teams and ensuring quality throughout.
You will develop AI agents and automated workflows within the Microsoft environment, and plan phased rollouts while delivering training and documentation for staff across departments.
