Join our established HR desk and take your craft to the next level in a team where collaboration replaces the isolation typical of the industry. Work should make your life better; that's why we believe great culture goes beyond policies and perks. It's about creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to perform their best. Whether you're looking to spend more time with family, boost your earnings, grow your career, or simply work with a great bunch of people, we're committed to empowering our people to succeed both professionally and personally.

The Opportunity

We've redefined what it means to be a recruiter by putting people, purpose, and quality first. This role is an opportunity to take the next step in your recruitment career by growing a thriving HR desk, backed by strong mentorship, a collaborative team, and the freedom to work in a way that plays to your strengths. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your market, the tools to deepen your expertise, and the support to deliver outstanding outcomes for your clients and candidates. While this isn't a leadership role just yet, we've laid out a clear pathway for those ready to grow in that direction. With personalised development, guidance from experienced leaders, and a team invested in your success, you'll be well-positioned to take that next step, when the time is right for you.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work across the full spectrum of recruitment in the HR space, partnering with organisations across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. You will have the chance to work across exclusive permanent, value-add contingent and contracting work, all while being supported by our in-house marketing and corporate teams. All our work is 360-degree recruitment where you work with clients and candidates to ensure you're connecting with purpose. Your days will be varied meeting top candidates, taking detailed job briefs, meeting with clients to explore gaps and upcoming needs. You'll network, dive deeper into the sector and build your brand as a trusted advisor and partner.

The Ideal Person

Great recruiters have a broad and varied combination of many different capabilities, skills and personalities. The work we do is diverse, and so is our team. That said there are a few drivers we share in common. You are someone who:

  • Takes ownership and gets things done – you're reliable, accountable, and determined to see things through, even when challenges pop up
  • Is always learning and growing – every experience is a chance to learn. You stay curious, open-minded, and ready to improve
  • Is all about collaboration – you love working with others, celebrating wins together, and leave your ego at the door

And you are someone who wants to:

  • Develop your recruitment career beyond the transactional and towards the trusted advisor
  • Compete on quality, not price and speed
  • Be part of a passionate team, with leadership who are invested in your success
  • Run your own business within a business
  • Evolve your existing recruitment craft to the next level

Still developing your recruitment skills but interested in joining our team? We have opportunities for Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Consultants across various desks and would love to hear from you.
