  • Assessing the agency's physical, personnel and travel security arrangements, undertaking risk assessments, and identifying priority risk treatments to strengthen compliance and assurance under the PSPF.

  • Leading a 12-month post-occupancy review of office accommodation and developing practical options to improve workspace functionality, layout and use.
  • Improving visitor management, access controls, security incident escalation pathways and decision records for security, travel and overseas risk events.
  • Developing and implementing clear systems, processes and policies, and assurance mechanisms for the ongoing management of facilities, physical security, personnel security, overseas security and business continuity arrangements.
  • Providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on facilities, property, security and business continuity matters, including emerging risks, compliance obligations and improvement opportunities.
