In coordination with the director, support and participate with the planning, review of systems, procedures, monitoring of the office standards and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership and oversight of front-of-house operations ensuring effective day-to-day operations and resolutions through professional communication.
Oversee general administrative functions, office resources including allocating personnel, space and office equipment.
