The Facility Leader is responsible for the overall operation of the site, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction, is contractually compliant and that avoids penalties and abatements. In addition, the role liaises directly with customers and sub-contractors and adheres to financial budgets and operational goals of the contract that supports the overall success of the Portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of service delivery activities and contract deliverables
- Maintain overall financial control service delivery
- Manage delivery of Refurbishment and Lifecycle programs in accordance with Asset Management strategies
- Measure and report service delivery performance against agreed KPIs and site service objectives
- Manage spot and renewal work as required to a high standard in accordance with the booked margin and customer requirements
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in a management role within a service / facility management business
- Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills
- Strong commercial skills and broad exposure to technical issues
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groups
- Contract management and commercial acumen
