Honey Homes manages premium short term rental accommodation across the Dubbo region, hosted on Airbnb, Booking.com and Stayz. Our guests expect a spotless, beautifully presented home every time, and our Home Hosts are the people who make that happen. We’re a local team that takes real pride in our homes, our guests and our region. We’re looking for experienced, reliable cleaners who hold themselves to the same standard.
About the role
- Turnover cleans between guest stays, between 10am and 3pm, 7 days a week
- Making beds and presenting each home to Honey Homes premium standards
- Cleaning and resetting kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and outdoor spaces to our property checklists
- Restocking guest amenities and reporting any damage or maintenance issues
- Completing every clean in our cleaning app, including photos
- Selecting the days you’re available each fortnight through our online roster

- Follows every step of the property checklist, every clean
- Arrives on time and finishes within the scheduled window so guests can check in on time
- Communicates promptly through the app if anything is missing, damaged or running behind
- Presents professionally and treats every home with care and respect
- Welcomes quality checks and feedback as part of maintaining our standard
Essential requirements
- Paid cleaning experience in hotel, holiday home, Airbnb, residential or commercial cleaning
- Living in the Dubbo region
- Current ABN, as this is a contractor role
- Own reliable car and a current driver’s licence
- Available on public holidays and during school holidays
- Smartphone and confidence using apps
- Able to lift tubs of up to 15kg and use stairs in two storey homes
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
