About the role:
- Permanent, FT role, located in Stanhope Gardens

We are currently seeking an energetic and committed individual to join our friendly team in our Community located in Stanhope Gardens. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for gardening as well as maintenance of the Village, Pools and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, whipper snipping and general garden upkeep and maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance to plant and equipment as required
- Perform daily cleaning
- Pool maintenance
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in similar role
- Previous use of zero turn ride on mowers and lawn equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Valid manual driver's license
- Must have own vehicle
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
