We're looking for a reliable and motivated Depot Process Worker / Relief Driver to join our Upper Coomera Depot team on night shift.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team. You'll be involved in all aspects of depot operations, including order preparation, forklift work, loading and unloading, and local deliveries when required.
The role commences as a casual position with full-time hours and offers a clear pathway to permanent full-time employment after six months for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and processing customer orders for dispatch
- Packing products accurately and efficiently
- Operating a forklift to unload deliveries and move stock
- Loading and unloading company vehicles safely
- Completing local deliveries when required
- Following daily schedules, packing sheets and depot procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Assisting with general warehouse and depot operations
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth depot operations
Night Shift Roster
- Start times between 10:00pm and 11:00pm
- Finish times between 6:00am and 7:00am
- Monday to Friday roster
- Rotating Sunday shifts as required
- Alternative weekday off provided when working Sunday to maintain a five-day working week
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse, depot, logistics, manufacturing or process work experience preferred but not essential
- Current Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Driver Licence (manual licence essential)
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision
- Reliable and committed with strong attendance
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
