We’re growing our team in the granny flat and expandable building space and are looking for a sales consultant for our new display homes at New Lambton. Our most successful sales consultants in other areas thrive on building relationships, not just closing deals. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a steady flow of enquiries so you can focus on delivering a great customer experience. About the role
- Respond to customer enquiries (phone, online, and in person)
- Welcome clients into the showroom and guide them through display homes
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes and support customers in making informed decisions
- Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline
- Collaborate with design, approvals and delivery teams
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
About you
- Experience in sales, you thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
- Organised and able to manage multiple customers at different stages
- Comfortable using systems and digital tools
- Available to work Saturdays
