Following a new client win at our Wetherill Park depot, we have multiple Picker/Packer positions available and we’re looking for motivated, physically capable people to join our afternoon shift team. These are casual roles with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.
The Opportunity:
As a Picker/Packer at our Wetherill Park depot, you’ll be working in a fast-paced cold storage environment picking and packing customer orders accurately and to target. This is a physically demanding role involving consistent heavy lifting, so we’re looking for people who are fit, reliable, and ready to work hard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in a chiller environment, pick/packing customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets
- Perform consistent heavy lifting throughout your shift in a chilled warehouse environment
- Ensure all packed orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to keep the operation running smoothly
- Identify and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect stock and maintain a clean and safe work area
You’ll Bring:
- The physical fitness and capability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout your shift
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a MUST
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to turning up and giving it your all every shift
- Comfortable working in a cold storage environment with appropriate PPE provided
- A team-first attitude and strong commitment to safe work practices
