Homart Group is a leading Australian company specialising in the development, manufacturing and global marketing of high-quality, Australian-made health supplements, skincare, dairy, and pet supplements. Building on a proud 34-year history, Homart has entered an exciting new chapter. In late 2024, we enhanced our portfolio by acquiring renowned heritage brands Thompson's Herbals and Thursday Plantation. To fast-track our direct-to-consumer (B2C) footprint, we also welcomed the premium wellness brand Salt Lab to the family at the end of 2025.
About the role
We’re looking for a commercially driven eCommerce Specialist to take full ownership of Homart’s online marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels across Australia and New Zealand, including Amazon, our Shopify store and the Chemist Warehouse Marketplace. You’ll be the go-to person for these channels: setting the strategy, owning the revenue targets and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
What you’ll do
- Own the sales targets and growth strategy across all eCommerce and marketplace channels
- Set up and launch new marketplace accounts and evaluate new channel opportunities
- Manage and optimise product listings, the Shopify store and overall account health
- Plan and run advertising, promotions and key retail events within budget
- Oversee fulfilment (including Amazon FBA), stock forecasting and customer service
- Deliver monthly performance reporting and reconciliations.
What we’re looking for
- Proven Amazon account management experience is a must. You’ve managed an Amazon Seller Central account before (Amazon Australia preferred), including Amazon Advertising and FBA
- Revenue accountability. You’ve owned sales targets and can show examples of channel growth you’ve delivered
- Strategic thinker. You can build a channel plan, back it with numbers and present it with confidence
- Self-motivated and autonomous. You thrive as a one-person function and don’t need to be told what’s next
- Hands-on when it counts. You’re just as comfortable packing an order or fixing a suppressed listing as you are setting strategy
- 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce or marketplace sales, plus experience setting up seller accounts and launching products from scratch
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and sharp copywriting skills
- Highly regarded Shopify store management experience, including product pages, site content and conversion optimisation
- Experience with Chemist Warehouse Marketplace or other Australian marketplaces
- Experience in the pet, health, pharmacy or wellness categories
