Position Summary
As a Soccer Coach with Hollier Sports, you'll be working with young players and sharing your love of football. The role involves running training sessions, talking with parents, and creating a positive environment where our players can develop and enjoy themselves. When you join the Hollier Sports coaching team, you're joining a tight group of good people who genuinely like working together. What you'll be doing
- Manage and engage with players aged 5 to 15, across all abilities and backgrounds
- Lead and facilitate sessions with a focus on skill development and fun
- Demonstrate skills to players in this age group (recreational playing ability is fine)
- Set up and pack down equipment for each session
- Communicate regularly with the Head Coach, providing updates and feedback
- Engage with parents, answering questions and addressing any concerns
What you'll need
- A coaching licence is a plus, but not required.
- A valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card
- First Aid certification, or a willingness to obtain it after starting
- Prior experience in soccer coaching or working with young people is preferred
Working hours
Sessions are primarily afternoons and evenings on weekdays. Some holiday program hours may also be available.
