Prepare briefs of evidence for law enforcement, attend court or tribunals as required and support responses to AFCA

Ensure investigations comply with relevant legislation and codes, working with claims teams, underwriters, brokers and external agencies

About You

Demonstrated operational investigation experience, ideally in general insurance or financial products, with a degree in policing, fraud risk management, financial crimes, criminology or law preferred

Strong knowledge of general insurance claims processes, policy and fraud typologies, including broker managed and direct claims

Strong analytical and judgement skills, with the ability to interpret legislation and use case management and analytics tools
