About the Role
Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you'll coordinate the daily activities of the Service Department, managing workflow across workshop and field service operations while supporting technicians, customers and internal teams.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll use your technical background to prioritise jobs, allocate work, troubleshoot customer and machinery issues, manage service personnel and ensure work progresses efficiently.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership, organisation and customer service skills.
You will ideally have:
- Trade qualification in Mobile Plant, Heavy Vehicle, Earthmoving/Industrial Mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience within the earthmoving industry
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Sound fault-finding and diagnostic capability
- Previous experience coordinating or leading a service/workshop team
- Strong planning, problem-solving and time-management skills
