The Opportunity
As the Senior People & Capability Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, translating organisational priorities into effective workforce, capability and culture outcomes. You’ll provide strategic advice across workforce planning, organisational design, transformation, talent management, leadership capability and complex people matters, using workforce insights to identify emerging needs and shape proactive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to deliver strategic people and workforce solutions.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, transformation, talent and capability initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex, sensitive and high-risk people matters.
- Use workforce insights and data to identify emerging trends, risks and talent needs, ensuring solutions align with legislation, enterprise agreements and governance frameworks.
- Coach and mentor P&C team members, strengthening capability and consistency across the function.
About You
You’ll be an accomplished senior HR/P&C professional with the credibility and commercial judgement to operate as a strategic partner to executive and senior leadership within a complex organisation. You’ll bring:
- Relevant HR qualification with extensive generalist experience across ER/IR, workforce planning, organisational design and complex people matters.
- Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leaders on strategic people, workforce and organisational matters.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change, transformation and organisational design initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, enterprise agreements and governance, with experience across talent, succession and workforce capability planning.
