HMG Hardchrome is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Fitter/Machinist for a permanent Machine Shop Leading Hand role in our Production Department (Large Line). Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor, support the team, and help deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes in a busy workshop.
To succeed you need:
- An Australian recognised trade qualification
- Proven workshop experience
- Prior Leading Hand experience
