H&M Group is expanding its store network in Australia and the AUNZ region. The Expansion Manager will drive sustainable growth by shaping and executing the expansion strategy, managing the CAPEX portfolio, and leading commercial, operational and technical initiatives across functions.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a six‑person Expansion team, collaborate with Legal, Finance, Leasing, Construction and Facilities, and deliver outcomes that align with brand and long-term business goals.
