HLW Group is seeking a highly organised Fleet Scheduler & Customer Coordinator to plan and coordinate the daily schedules of our grease trap collection fleet from Wetherill Park, NSW. This permanent part-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–1:00pm, offering consistent hours and a work‐life balance.
You will work closely with drivers, customers and the Operations Manager to optimise routes, manage bookings, confirm services and keep accurate records in our scheduling system.
