The opportunity
Join HLB Mann Judd as our Digital Marketing Executive and help shape our digital presence across Linked In, email, website content, campaigns and reporting.
Working closely with our Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, BD & Marketing Partner and the wider team, you'll help our people and brand stand out online through clear communication, consistent content and smart digital activity.
This is a great opportunity for an early to intermediate digital marketer who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns, working with stakeholders and using data to improve results.
In this role, you will
- Create and publish engaging digital content across our Linked In, email, website and video.
- Manage partner Linked In content, including planning, drafting, scheduling and monitoring engagement.
- Build and send email newsletters and targeted campaigns, ensuring mailing lists are accurate and compliant.
- Update website articles, team content and digital assets for the Sydney firm.
- Support digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, including competitor and market research.
- Track performance, prepare reports and share insights to improve future digital activity.
About you
You're a proactive and organised digital marketer who enjoys creating content, working with people and using data to make activity more effective.
You have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and a genuine interest in professional services, B2B marketing and continuous improvement.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Around 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with Linked In, email marketing platforms, content management systems and websites.
- An understanding of SEO, GEO and paid advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content for different channels.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and elevate when needed.
- A creative, curious and solutions-focused mindset, with enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude.
- Experience with social media management tools, Canva or video editing software would be highly regarded.
