Hitachi Global Air Power is looking for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Fitter or Field Service Technician to join our Mackay team, servicing industrial and mining customers throughout Central Queensland and the Bowen Basin.

What will you be doing?
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial air compressors.
- Diagnosing faults and providing technical solutions.
- Supporting customers across Mackay and the Bowen Basin.
- Working independently with the backing of experienced technicians and OEM technical support.
What we’re looking for:
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
No previous compressor experience? No problem! If you're a skilled mechanical tradesperson with the right attitude, we'll provide the OEM training and support to help you succeed.
