Based at our Townsville branch, this role will lead and grow our North Queensland service operation as part of a globally recognised industrial equipment business. This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you will influence business performance, drive customer satisfaction, develop a talented team, and play a key role in the ongoing growth in the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the local customer service and technical team to ensure efficient delivery of compressor servicing for customers
- Driving business development activities by identifying new customer opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships and growing service and parts revenue across North Queensland
- Providing day to day project management to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes
- Managing financials for the branch service operation
- Leading, coaching and motivating your team
- Supervising service and warranty administration
- Developing and growing the branch service business
About You

- Demonstrated experience leading service, operational or trade-based teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and business performance
- Good admin and computer skills, with ability to prepare reports using MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
