Hiring4Health is seeking a Director of Care for a 140-bed aged care residence in Sydney's South-West. You will own clinical outcomes, compliance and accreditation, while building a high-performing care team under strong support from the Facility Manager.
You must be an AHPRA-registered RN with 3–5 years of aged care clinical leadership, with large facility experience and the ability to lead a team rather than just manage.
