The role involves being the key strategic and operational partner to the CFO — a trusted leader with influence that reaches across the business. You’ll lead a highly capable finance team responsible for financial control, governance, and reporting, while also shaping the effectiveness of major business programs and transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the group’s financial accounting, control, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team to drive financial effectiveness across strategic programs and business transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen governance frameworks and financial control systems to support scalability and performance.
• Oversee month-end and year-end consolidation, audit readiness, and statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A and business leaders to improve forecasting, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
• Develop and coach a high-potential finance team — building capability, accountability, and engagement.
