Hilltops Council is seeking a Pool Supervisor for the 2026–2027 swimming season across Boorowa, Harden, Jugiong & Young Leisure Centres.
The role offers a rate of $36.94 – $40.92 p/h + 25% casual loading + allowances +12% superannuation.
The Pool Supervisor will lead Lifeguards, Kiosk Attendants and Swim Teachers, ensuring safety, customer service and facility standards while supporting daily operations.
