To be considered for this role, you'll need to hold the following current certifications and meet these requirements:
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
Current Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence
Current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Refresher, including Modules 3 & 4 within VGCCC requirements
Previous experience in a gaming venue or similar customer service environment
Strong understanding of responsible gaming obligations and venue compliance
Excellent communication, presentation and cash-handling skills
Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays

What the Role Involves
As a Gaming Attendant at Hill Top Golf Club, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service to our patrons
- Supporting responsible gaming practices across the venue
- Assisting with gaming machine operations, payouts and floor duties
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring venue compliance
- Working closely with the team to create a welcoming experience for all guests
