  • Ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance across all phases of the program from inception through completion.
  • Directing program planning and execution across multiple subcontractors and customer stakeholders.
  • Serving as the primary customer point of contact, leading program reviews and discussions related to cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Overseeing program activities at a primary geographic location while managing remote operations, multiple business functions, and assigned personnel.
  • Establishing milestones, monitoring adherence to master schedules, identifying program risks or issues, and implementing solutions such as resource allocation or contract modifications.
  • Leading and supervising employees, including management-level staff, from technical, manufacturing, and administrative disciplines.
  • Supporting periodic technical and airworthiness teleconferences, major repair discussions, and incident responses involving SMEs and OEM partners.
  • Conducting contractor meetings via approved government communication platforms.
  • Supporting CONUS and OCONUS operations meetings, including daily operations syncs as required.
  • Participating in the Government’s annual System Safety Group meeting via teleconference.
  • Planning, documenting, and participating in semi-annual PMRs, ILSWGs, and technical reviews, including payload-related events when requested.
  • Preparing PMR content covering contract status, maintenance, staffing, risk, ECP activity, airworthiness, and CONUS/OCONUS operations.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new business or expand existing services with the customer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 20 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; or 10 years relevant progressive experience with a Master's in a related field.
