We are seeking a Meat Process Worker at Harvey Beef. Whether you have experience or are new to the industry, we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack meat products with precision and attention to detail.
• Adhere to Quality Control Checks to maintain product integrity.
• Thrive in a fast‐paced working environment.
• Skillfully label products for distribution.
• Identify and categorize different cuts of beef for packing.
• Operate Cryovac machinery.
• Perform general labouring tasks as needed.
• Efficiently load containers with frozen beef products.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move palletised stock within the warehouse.
• Assist in the dispatch section as required.
• Wrap pallets and organise stock for efficient storage.
• Engage in manual lifting duties, including handling frozen cartons.
• Skillfully mark carcasses and perform precise cutting using handheld circular saws.
• Perform heavy manual handling when pushing carcasses.
• Empty chillers on both sides simultaneously.
• Manage the movement of hooks along rail systems.
• Scan carcass identification labels using handheld scanners.
• Report all incidents or hazards promptly without delay.
