Hiflow Integrated Services Group Pty Ltd is a leading multi-service provider with over 150 team members across Australia. As we continue to grow our Victorian operations, we are seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader to join our Melbourne team.

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of technicians across Melbourne, working primarily within commercial high-rise buildings, retail environments, and other commercial facilities.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will:
- Provide technical support and guidance to your team
- Assist with overflow service and maintenance work
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC&R system issues
- Assist with growth and new client targets and opportunities
- Quote jobs and identify opportunities supporting your team
- Liaise directly with clients, ensuring high levels of service
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships

You will bring:
- Strong HVAC&R technical expertise with Commercial High‑Rise Buildings
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support technicians
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A professional, reliable, and well‑presented approach
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
- A customer‑first mindset (essential)
- Relevant trade qualifications and licences, including a valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of technicians in daily operations
- Perform HVAC&R maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs
- Quote repairs and replacement works
- Provide technical support to clients and team members
- Prepare detailed and accurate service reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Set the standard as a senior technician and team leader
