About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of technicians across Melbourne, working primarily within commercial high-rise buildings, retail environments, and other commercial facilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
Provide technical support and guidance to your team
Assist with overflow service and maintenance work
Diagnose and resolve HVAC&R system issues
Assist with growth and new client targets and opportunities
Quote jobs and identify opportunities supporting your team
Liaise directly with clients, ensuring high levels of service
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

You will bring:
Strong HVAC&R technical expertise with Commercial High-Rise Buildings
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support technicians
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
A strong commitment to safety and compliance
Relevant trade qualifications and licences, including a valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of technicians in daily operations
Perform HVAC&R maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs
Quote repairs and replacement works
Provide technical support to clients and team members
Prepare detailed and accurate service reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Set the standard as a senior technician and team leader
