Our Sydney Workers Compensation team is looking for a Junior Solicitor to join a collaborative, high-performing practice. Our team represents employers and insurers responding to the full spectrum of workplace injuries including major and minor orthopaedic, neurological, strain injuries, brain damage, catastrophic multi-injuries, exposure to hazardous substances, and psychological injury claims. WHAT YOU BRING

• Sound technical knowledge and a genuine interest in developing your expertise across liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.
• Exposure to workers compensation, insurance litigation or personal injury law through prior legal experience, clerkships or practical legal training.
• Sound legal research, drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute positively to team success, knowledge sharing and firm culture.
