Hi-Reach Rentals is looking for experienced scaffolders to join our Brisbane team. Applicants must hold, as a minimum, a current Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence. This role suits reliable, safety-focused scaffolders who take pride in quality work, communicate well and can contribute positively to a busy team.
About Hi-Reach Rentals: Hi-Reach Rentals has operated in the hire industry since 1997, specialising in EWPs, boom lifts, scaffolding, mast climbers and swing stages, with branches in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.
The role:
- Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Work from plans, site instructions and design requirements
- Complete required site paperwork, inspections and handovers
- Coordinate with supervisors, customers and other trades on site
- Load, unload and organise scaffolding materials
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, housekeeping and equipment care
- Assist in the yard when required
What you'll need:
- Current Intermediate Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence or higher
- Construction White Card
- Practical scaffolding experience, including aluminium and system scaffolding
- Sound knowledge of safe work practices and relevant scaffolding requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow site instructions
- Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Full driver's licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to travel when required
Highly regarded:
- Advanced Scaffolding ticket
- Forklift Licence
- MR or HR Licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Experience with swing stages or mast climbers
