We are seeking an experienced Tradesman Plumber to join our team in Kogarah NSW 2217. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects, from routine maintenance and repairs to new installations. As a Tradesman Plumber, you will be a key member of our operations team, delivering expert plumbing services whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability in the plumbing industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
• Diagnosing plumbing problems and determining the most effective solutions
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing plans to ensure work is completed to specification
• Performing preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality
• Testing plumbing systems and fixtures for safety and compliance with local building codes
• Using hand and power tools to cut, fit, and assemble pipes and fittings
• Ensuring all work sites are kept clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide professional advice
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used

What we're looking for:

• Current plumbing trade qualification or apprenticeship completion
• Valid plumbing licence or registration as required by NSW regulations
• Proven experience working as a plumber in residential and/or commercial settings
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Sound understanding of relevant plumbing codes and building regulations in NSW
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to work
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one, where applicable
