This Customer Service & Admin role is focused on fostering, securing and further developing the relationship between Hewitt & Whitty and its customers, to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with accurate advice, seek input of others including suppliers as required, within all aspects of the store and follow-up
- Offer customer alternative ideas & concepts to avoid focus on price
- Handle in/out-bound phone calls to assist customers
- Assist in merchandising in-store, tidying/cleaning & restocking of shelves, monitor SOH of any specific designated area
- Actively participate in sales campaigns H & W undertake
- Take responsibility for store POS, stock monitoring & banking
- Work with the manager & other staff to co-ordinate the stock ordering
About you
- Customer service and administration skills/experience
- Good verbal, written and computer capabilities
- Physical capability to safely load/unload product to 25kg
- Strong work ethic & willingness to help in a team environment
- Current Victorian drivers license to assist with banking & deliveries if needed
