HESTA Super Fund is seeking an AML Reforms & Uplift Specialist for a 12-month max term. You will drive AML/CTF reform, strengthen controls and embed changes across CDD, ECDD, monitoring and reporting. You'll partner with Legal, Risk and Compliance to deliver sustainable business change and training materials.
The role requires strong AML/CTF knowledge, policy translation skills and experience in financial services. A proactive, collaborative approach will be essential to succeed in this program.
