About the Role?
As the Senior Financial Planning & Analytics Manager, you will manage and lead the APAC Region for all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting. This senior leadership role provides analytical and commercial support to drive informed financial decision-making process and is a true business partner. You will also oversee the Treasury function including cash flow reporting and Treasury related compliance. Reporting into the Finance Director and managing a team of 5, in this role you will:
- Oversee all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis function for the APAC Region including forecasting, business plan, and long-term strategic plan.
- Responsible and accountable for the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement for reporting of actuals, budget and forecast models.
- Partner with Executive and Senior Management team to develop focussed strategy and direction across the APAC business.
- Responsible for the reporting to the Executive Management Team on Financial results, KPI tracking and trend analysis.
- Work alongside the Finance Director with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and associated schedules for Hertz Corporation and Hertz International.
- Responsible for all Treasury related compliance and cash flow planning.
- Responsible for all external funding facilities (Banking and Financing) and intercompany loan management.
- Manage a team of three Financial Analysts and a Treasury Accountant, fostering collaboration and continuous development.
About You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
- Minimum 5 years in a senior analytical position, preferably in a global company or part of a large group.
- Proven leadership capability in managing a team.
- Proven track record in working to tight deadlines, analysing large and complex data.
- Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert problem-solving and analytical skills.
