Heritage Acres in Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast Hinterland seeks an Operations & Farm Manager to lead day-to-day farm activities, manage a small team of 3–4 staff and drive growth across Queensland and NSW. You will oversee plant and equipment, inventory, budgets and safety.
Reporting to the Director, you will implement systems, coordinate irrigation, maintenance, logistics and supplier contracts, while maintaining premium tree stock and delivering a premium customer experience.
