The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working within a high-performing team, you will play a key role in managing stakeholders, driving programme outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
You'll be involved in:
- End-to-end project delivery across industrial and commercial builds
- Managing budgets, programmes, and project risk
- Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases
- Leading site and project teams, including subcontractors and consultants
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Driving value engineering and buildability outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
