We're looking for a House & Land Coordinator to join our growing Queensland team.
Working closely with the House & Land Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing new opportunities to market, maintaining package accuracy and supporting sales across some of South East Queensland's fastest-growing communities.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing, pricing and maintaining House & Land packages
- Updating package pricing, promotions, inclusions and marketing content
- Reviewing estate documentation, design guidelines, title plans, covenants and development approvals
- Completing basic site assessments and package feasibility reviews
- Assessing site costs and identifying potential construction considerations
- Maintaining CRM systems, package databases and reporting tools
- Coordinating package brochures, flyers and digital marketing collateral
- Building strong relationships with developers, land sales agents and internal stakeholders
- Providing accurate and timely package information to the sales team
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- What Will Help You Succeed
You'll ideally have experience in House & Land, residential construction, land development, property, sales support or administration and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
We're looking for someone who brings
- Experience preparing and managing House & Land packages
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to interpret estate documentation, plans, engineering drawings and design guidelines
- An understanding of residential construction and site-related cost considerations
- Knowledge of site suitability, setbacks, overlays and estate requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM systems, Excel and reporting tools
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously while keeping projects moving
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to support sales success
