Join a global medical device organisation with a strong commitment to delivering products that genuinely improve lives. This established company is dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals through education, training, and exceptional service. As a Territory Manager, you'll build lasting relationships, provide expert support, and make a meaningful difference in patient care through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.

  • Develop key account plans aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Establish call cycles and plans for maximum productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining current customer relationships.
  • Identify strategic customer issues and foster mutually beneficial partnerships through education and support.
  • Work autonomously and in a self-directed/self-motivated way.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and key account management within medical devices is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence.

A clinical or nursing background would be beneficial for this role, but not a deal breaker. However, having a passion for patient outcomes is definitely needed. This is a great role for someone looking to take full ownership of what they do and manage their own business.
