General Functions & Tasks
Reporting and working closely with an experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic Credit Manager, this permanent role will enable you to become part of a close-knit Finance team, supported by a dedicated and customer-centric sales team .
Working across 3 companies, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer accounts are kept in line with agreed credit terms
- Conducting credit collection activity
- Customer account reconciliations
- Customer email and phone account queries
- Daily receipting and allocation of cash payments
- Assisting with the opening of new accounts
- Processing credit card payments
- Assisting with Month end processes
In addition to your experience with the above tasks, you will have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An excellent ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Experience in an FMCG environment, and using Sage 300 (ACCPAC) will be looked upon favourably, as would the ability to commence immediately.
