Help is a Queensland-based social enterprise helping people with disability lead fulfilling and independent lives. Over the past 50+ years, we've created an integrated network of services to provide people with disability the essentials, routine, and stretch they seek in life. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a professional standard of personal appearance and conduct.
- Assist in maintaining a workplace that is safe, clean and uncluttered and to report any concerns regarding equipment to the Team Leader
- Work with Team Leader or Production Support Officer to achieve personal work goals
- Operate machinery such as welders, presses, saws, drills and hand tools to manufacture goods as directed by Team Leader
- Ensure workspace is safe and tidy
- Use machines safely and as instructed
- Sign off times on Quality Control sheet as required
- Other duties as required to meet operational needs
- Be polite and professional towards any customers who enter the workspace
- Attending work on rostered days
- Comply with HELP's Code of Conduct and all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
This is a Full-Time position based at Eagle Farm.
