We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. Your work will be varied and exciting. One day you might be supporting a participant on a day out to the beach, movies, or a sporting event. The next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home. Every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
The Role
We are looking for caring, reliable, and proactive individuals who have the following qualifications and experience:
- Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in high care, mental health, trauma‐informed care, or behaviours of concern
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates
- Full and clean Australian driver's licence and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently
- Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Additional Requirements
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
- International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
