Brand Ambassador in Sydney

At Heinemann, we are looking for exceptional FULL TIME and PART TIME Brand Ambassadors to join our duty-free team representing various brands at Sydney International and Sydney Domestic Airport. We are delighted to be recruiting for brands that include: Aesop, Estee Lauder, Benefit, Le Labo, Givenchy, CHANEL, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Laniege and more!

Today we supply an ever-expanding Duty-Free range of global branded goods to international airports, airlines, cruise liners and border shops in 100-plus countries.

As a Brand Ambassador you will:

• Maximise sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence.
• Create a tailor-made customer experience, build rapport with customers, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs.
• Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer’s needs.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and proactively seek further information on new products and market trends.
• Ensure products and promotions are transacted to maintain stock and data integrity.
• Efficiently and smartly transact, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits.

What you should bring along:

• Previous experience within hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
