We’re Heidi. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2.5 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart.

What You’ll Do

  • FP&A and Strategic Finance
    • Build and maintain financial models for growth investment, commercial planning and leadership decisions, including capital use, timing, returns, cash impact and operating readiness.
    • Analyse revenue, sales efficiency, customer cohorts, payback, cash impact and operating performance, surfacing trade-offs across growth, spend, cash and operational capacity.
    • Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting and in-cycle performance reviews, partnering with commercial and operational teams to improve driver understanding and forecast accuracy.
    • Own investor reporting, including recurring updates, KPI and financial packs, and coordination of inputs across Finance, Data and Commercial teams.
  • Revenue Funding Facility
    • Own the revenue funding facility operating rhythm, from monthly reporting and quarterly lender reviews through to annual renewal planning.
    • Embed facility requirements into dashboards, controls, calendars and business-as-usual processes.
    • Maintain the revenue funding facility model, including eligible revenue, covenant headroom and downside scenarios, and ensure inputs are accurate and reconciled across Finance, Data, Legal and Commercial teams.
    • Prepare and submit lender reporting packs, drawdown requests and supporting analysis, while coordinating amendments, renewals, diligence and new funding capacity.
    • Manage lender and advisor relationships; and surface risks, opportunities and decision-ready recommendations early.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years in investment banking, transaction services, private equity, consulting or a similarly analytical role.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and comfort working with imperfect or evolving data.
  • Experience supporting funding, capital allocation, investor, lender or board-facing analysis.
  • Strong commercial judgement and curiosity about what drives performance in a high-growth business.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, payback, sales efficiency and cohort performance.
  • Good working knowledge of cash forecasting, AR, collections, and working capital.
  • High attention to detail and comfort owning work with clear deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication — able to turn complexity into simple, decision-ready outputs.
  • Strong cross-functional operating style across Finance and non-finance teams.
  • Bias to action: you can build the model, chase the inputs, document the process and explain the recommendation.

Attitude is more important than ticking every box. If you are a hungry, highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving, building relationships and learning quickly, we want to hear from you.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to funding processes, debt facilities, venture debt, revenue-based financing, investor reporting or capital markets work.
  • Experience with multi-market or multi-entity finance operations.
  • Experience improving collections, billing or revenue operations processes.
  • Exposure to BI tooling, SQL, Databricks, RevOps systems or modern finance tools.
  • Experience supporting growth investment cases, commercial planning or board / leadership reporting.

How We Show Up

  • Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose.
  • The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. Lead, don't wait.
  • Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly.
  • Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company.
  • Ship, measure, go again. More iterations beat better planning.
  • Live in clinicians' reality. We build for exhausted humans.

Why Heidi?

You’ll join a team focused on real-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre.

We take care of you. We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity.
