We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart.

The Lifecycle team is Heidi's engine for revenue growth through behaviourally triggered campaigns, and the strategic comms partner for the rest of the business. We run experiments across the whole user journey: onboarding new clinicians, converting trials to paid, waking up dormant users and holding onto the ones at risk of leaving. Every program ships with a holdout. Every program gets measured. It either earns its place or it gets killed. You'll be the operator behind those programs, owning initiatives end to end from problem definition and business case through experiment design, build, launch and post-launch optimisation, alongside product, data, finance and the regional teams.

The job sits where commercial judgment meets technical depth: you'll build in Braze, measure in Amplitude, and treat LLMs, agents and automation as infrastructure that multiplies what one operator can ship. A traditional marketing background is not a prerequisite. If you come from engineering, growth, partnerships or analytics and want to get closer to execution, this is a hands-on role where your analytical toolkit shows up directly in revenue. Clinicians trust Heidi with their working day, so the bar for what lands in their inbox is high. You'll help hold it.

What You'll Do

  • Own programs across the lifecycle portfolio (activation, paid conversion, reactivation and churn prevention) end to end, from problem definition and business case through to post-launch optimisation, accountable for performance against incremental ARR.
  • Build the campaigns behind those programs in Braze: canvases, triggered flows, segmentation, personalisation logic and QA.
  • Design experiments that hold up. Clean cohorts, holdout groups, variant structures and suppression rules that make incremental impact measurable.
  • Keep the measurement foundations honest, with automated dashboards in Amplitude and Omni and documented attributes, events and triggers.
  • Wire up the campaign plumbing with engineering: HTML templates, webhooks, APIs and transactional sends.
  • Reach for AI before manual process. Build agents and automations across QA, content, reporting and campaign operations, and help shape how we govern AI-assisted sending to a clinical audience.
  • Tailor programs for local markets with product, data and regional teams, including campaigns in priority non-English languages.
  • Run stakeholder comms through our tiered process, including time-critical operational sends.

If we'd worked together the last 6 weeks

  • You'd have rebuilt the trial-to-paid canvas in Braze, run it against a holdout, and walked out with a defensible number for what the change was worth.
  • You'd have killed a reactivation program that looked healthy on open rates and moved nothing in revenue, then written up why so nobody rebuilds it in six months.
  • You'd have shipped an agent that QAs every canvas before launch, catching broken Liquid and mis-scoped segments before a clinician ever sees them.
  • You'd have sat with a regional team on a priority non-English market and localized an activation flow instead of translating it.
  • You'd have pushed a time-critical operational send to a large segment on a few hours' notice, with the suppression rules right the first time.

What You'll Need

  • 1-3 years in strategy consulting, engineering, growth, partnerships or analytics, though we care more about what you've shipped than years on the clock.
  • A quantitative degree (economics, statistics, finance, commerce, computer science, engineering or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • A romantic streak about software. You believe great products can transform someone's day.
  • Structured thinking under ambiguity. You break messy problems down with data, make your own assumptions when there is no clear answer, and can tell the difference between a program worth building and one worth killing. SQL preferred.
  • Comfort inside complex systems. You spot the problem worth solving before anyone asks and drive it through to a working solution.
  • Passion for AI, shown through hands‑on building, prototyping, or side projects.
  • You default to building over requesting.
  • You're confident in your thinking and open to being wrong. Great ideas win regardless of who surfaces them.

How We Show Up

  • Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose.
  • Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today.
  • Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly.
  • Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company.
  • Ship, measure, go again. More iterations beat better planning.
  • Live in clinicians' reality. We build for exhausted humans.

Why Heidi?

You'll join a team focused on real‑world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser‑focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. True A‑players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale‑up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. Building what we're building isn't always easy. But we didn't choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn't whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you're doing the defining work of your career.

We take care of you. We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity.
