Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an Assistant Collections Manager to support the national collections portfolio from our Parramatta office. You will report to the National Collections Manager and help drive debt recovery, balance customer relationships, and ensure compliant collection practices across the business.
In this role you will assist in day-to-day management, develop policies, generate reports, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with Sales and Service.
